My Ethos
Portrait photographers know that the best results come from when everyone is relaxed and natural. Studios are seldom the right place for this. Instead, I prefer to work out and about, in places where the subjects (you) feel comfortable. This could be your own place of work, your home, a special bit of countryside, or your favourite town or city. Isn't portrait photography too expensive?
Not at all. With prices starting from £60, professional grade portraits do not need to break the bank.
Wouldn't I be too nervous in front of the camera?
I take a great deal of care to ensure that my subjects feel at ease throughout the shoot. This is more important than the location, lighting, equipment and skill combined. I am keen to photograph you, not your clothes, and so will spend time getting to know you, and form ideas for portraiture that will capture this.
